Vendor needs to provide sanitary sewer and water distribution hydraulic modeling software. Must be a direct extension of ArcGIS Pro with the ability to utilize the ArcGIS environment including mapping features and continual updates with ArcGIS, including asset special data. Ability to directly update with City ArcGIS for continual model updates including retention of City asset identification data. Ability to integrate supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems into hydraulic models. Include for reporting and graphing of results, with the ability to export results as Excel or CSV files, and PDFs as required. Ability to create maps and display system wide results within the software for user interface and communication. Role–level security must be provided for menu, screen, and data levels with the ability to mask sensitive data fields. The solution must perform vulnerability checks, network penetration tests, and other security assessments regularly, with documented results and remediation plans for identified risks. Compatibility: Runs on Windows platforms; interoperability with popular GIS and CAD systems.
