(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce implementation service. – The agency is seeking a qualified partner to assist with the planning, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce's Education Cloud Customer Relationship Management solution, initially focused on Partner and Donor Management, Grant Management, and Postsecondary Workforce Readiness (PWF) including Work-based Learning. • Phase 1: Donor and Partner Management – Donor Management – Partnership Management • Phase 2: Grant Management – Data Migration and Setup – Grant Opportunity Management – Award and Disbursement Tracking – Budget Tracking – Reporting and Dashboards • Phase 3: Work-Based Learning (WBL) / Postsecondary Workforce Readiness (PWR) – Opportunity & Partner Management – Student Experience & Progress Tracking – Certification Management – Concurrent Enrollment – Reporting and Dashboards – Communication and Engagement Functionality (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
