(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce custom development solution.– Develop the requisite functionality in a salesforce enterprise platform that meets the needs of the city’s code enforcement department.– Developing and implementing Salesforce at similarly–sized or larger agencies.– Design, configuration, installation, implementation, and commissioning of new or improved case flows and case steps, document generation, and general Salesforce administration settings– Perform the related professional services (e.g. best practices guidance, training, project management, case step logic, final design, implementation, and report development) in a timely and professional manner.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 30, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
