Vendor needs to provide salesforce custom development related to code and zoning enforcement consulting services. Software implementers, developers, and systems integrators must demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to develop the requisite functionality in a Salesforce enterprise platform to meet the City's needs. Capable Salesforce staff will work directly with the selected vendor to resolve, test, and implement solutions. The vendor will also perform related professional services including best practices guidance, training, project management, case step logic, final design, implementation, and report development in a timely and professional manner. All questions must be submitted no later than February 9, 2026. The contract period will be for two years.
