The State of Indiana is seeking a vendor to establish and operate a Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE will focus on expanding the state's digital capabilities through low-code and no-code solutions, utilizing platforms such as Salesforce Core and Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
The initiative is designed to deliver cost-effective, user-friendly business solutions, with an emphasis on achieving significant cost savings, improved operational efficiencies, and enhanced constituent services. The selected vendor will provide a broad range of services, including the development of reusable components, establishment of best practices, technical consultation, troubleshooting support, licensing and procurement support, comprehensive training, regular environment health assessments, project audits, and oversight of enterprise portfolios. Collaborative engagement with inter-agency partners and leadership support through established governance and steering committees is also required.
Additionally, the CoE will be responsible for ensuring platform security and offering a low-cost, low-barrier maintenance and support program for Salesforce. The contract duration is two years.
