SUMMARY

San Jose is seeking a consultant to provide safety training services in compliance with current regulations, using secure communication and data storage methods.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have 3 to 5 years minimum of experience on subject matter included in Attachment A
Must demonstrate ability to provide specific trainings that meet all applicable regulatory agencies' requirements in addition to OSHA and Cal/OSHA standards
Must have experience providing services at a wastewater facility or similar operational facility and municipalities
Must provide access to a dedicated training portal that is user-friendly for administrators and trainees
Must have an active registration and be in good standing with the California Secretary of State
Must comply with San José Municipal Code Chapter 4.76 regarding City Business Tax
Must provide proof of insurance meeting specified requirements prior to contract execution
