An organization in New Mexico is seeking information from vendors regarding a safety-integrated risk information system. The scope of this request includes support for the development, implementation, deployment, assessment, sustainment, and ongoing evolution of the system.

Vendors will be expected to provide contract management, as well as support services including software maintenance, conducting risk analyses, and sharing operational findings. The work involves integrating analysis results with various hazard identification processes and programs, such as the Air Force Combined Risk Management System, Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) hazard reports, and safety event investigations.

Responsibilities will also encompass performing technology assessments and disseminating lessons learned to further safety and risk management objectives.
