Vendor needs to provide safety data platform. – The platform must be capable of importing and analyzing crash data, transportation network information, and demographic data. The platform must accept crash data from existing city department of transportation systems: including formats like Zeurcher Suite, PDF report files, and others. The provider of the platform will need to coordinate implementation with city staff as well as the consultant team that will be developing the comprehensive safety action plan to maximize the utilization of the platform in the development of the plan. The platform should utilize crash data as well as data from demonstration advanced safety data collection equipment to generate crash diagrams, analyze crash patterns, overlay demographic and street network data, and identify high injury networks and potential countermeasures. All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
