The City of Montana is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a safety data platform designed to support comprehensive crash and demographic data analysis. The platform must be capable of importing and analyzing various types of data, including crash records, transportation network information, and demographic datasets. Compatibility with data formats such as Zeurcher Suite files, PDF report files, and other standard formats is required to ensure seamless integration with existing city department of transportation systems.

The selected provider will coordinate closely with city staff and the consultant team responsible for developing the city’s comprehensive safety action plan. The platform should leverage crash data as well as information from advanced safety data collection equipment to create crash diagrams, analyze crash patterns, overlay demographic and street network data, and identify high injury networks and potential countermeasures. The objective is to maximize the platform’s utility in informing and guiding the safety action planning process.
