(1) Vendor needs to provide SAAS applicant tracking system with integrated workflow management.– Enhance efficiency through automated recruitment workflows and reduced administrative tasks.– Provide comprehensive analytics and reporting for data–driven decision–making.– Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), European Accessibility Act (EAA).
