This is a requirement for Army Training Information System (ATIS), Newport News, VA User/Licenses requirement: The ability to provide dynamic licenses usage Software Specifications: Quantity – 500,000 – 2,000,000 licenses – Content Management Interface used to manage and distribute training to the Moodie Workplace–based Army Learning Management System (LMS). The software must act as a learning interoperability tool or web application that integrates with Moodie Workplace 4.5 or better, providing functionalities such as assessments, content delivery, and communication tools, allowing user access directly within the LMS without requiring a separate login or account. The software must import, deliver, and track SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (2nd, 3rd, and 4th editions), AICC, xAPI, cmi5, PDF, MP4, and Cross-Domain content within a 3rd party LMS. It must also generate small SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 3rd edition, cmi5, and AICC .zip files interoperable with any compliant 3rd party LMS. Functional specifications include support for Cross Domain Functions: receiving data like cmi.core.lesson status, cmi.core.lesson location, cmi.suspend_data, cmi.core.session time from the LMS, and sending actions such as SetReachedEnd, SetPassed, SetFailed, Set Score, SetSuspendData to the LMS, with recommendations for call timing to ensure processing by the host LMS.
