A California agency is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive maintenance and support services for Rubrik hardware and software. The scope encompasses maintenance to ensure access to the latest software features, appliance refreshment, and scalability to support future cloud initiatives.

Required services include enterprise, cloud, and SaaS data protection, management of the Rubrik cloud vault, as well as advanced cybersecurity features such as ransomware monitoring and investigation, sensitive data monitoring, threat detection and response, and threat containment. Vendors will also be responsible for orchestrated application and mass data recovery, and ensuring robust cloud data protection through the Rubrik Data Security Command Center.

The contract is set for a one-year term. Interested vendors should demonstrate experience in supporting Rubrik environments and providing proactive data security and protection services.
