A government authority in Baltimore, Maryland seeks a vendor to provide a new routing switcher system featuring a router control system, multi-image viewer, and up/down cross conversion capabilities. The installation of the new router system must be performed concurrently with the existing routing system to ensure minimized downtime and seamless replacement.

The routing switcher must be a complete SMPTE 2110 based IP solution, with IP Gateways implemented when connecting equipment that does not support native SMPTE 2110 IP interfaces. This system will be responsible for routing video, audio, and ancillary data throughout the Video Production System, Video Board Processors, and related systems.

The contract period will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2026.
