(1) Vendor needs to provide roundabout construction service to the government authority located in Springfield, GA. – Project includes the reconfiguration of the four–way intersection at road into a single–lane roundabout. – This will involve traffic control, site clearing, grading, and base preparation. – It also consists of constructing the splitter islands, central island, and circulatory roadway along with drainage, utility adjustments and lighting. Please see the plans for detailed information. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 19, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026.
