SUMMARY

The State of Ohio seeks a vendor to supply full color, one-sided round decals in rolls, including perforated backing and returned artwork materials.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must not be subject to a finding for recovery under O.R.C. Section 9.24
Must not be debarred from consideration for contract awards by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services
Must maintain workers' compensation coverage
Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Must provide at least three prior projects completed within the past five years similar in size, scope, and nature
Must provide physical production sample prior to final production for initial order
Must be able to accept all forms of payment from the State

DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide round decal roll supplies as specified. The decals must have a finished trim size of 2.5 inches, be full color printed on one side only, and include a full bleed with excess material removed. The backing must be perforated every 3 inches to facilitate tearing individual decals from the roll.

Artwork will be supplied via a PDF to the awarded vendor, consisting of twenty-seven originals or one sample roll as needed. All state-provided materials must be returned with the proof. Rolls should be packaged with 250 decals each and feature perforated backing as specified.
