Vendor needs to provide room renovation service to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. – The Agency is seeking professional design services for the renovation of existing rooms to expand the lab at Iowa Labs. – The contract for this work will be a modified Consensus 803. – All design disciplines necessary to complete the scope of work. – Attend design kick–off meeting onsite to discuss desired outcome of the project with the Owner, Construction Manager, and Owner’s maintenance staff. – Use of the State of Iowa’s construction management software program for uploading all documents, submitting and approving pay apps, and construction administration. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
