The agency in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking professional design services for the renovation and expansion of laboratory rooms at Iowa Labs. The selected vendor will provide expertise across all necessary design disciplines to complete the specified scope of work.

The project will begin with an onsite design kick-off meeting, where the vendor will collaborate with the Owner, Construction Manager, and maintenance staff to discuss project goals and desired outcomes. Throughout the contract, the vendor will utilize the State of Iowa's construction management software for document uploads, pay application submissions and approvals, and construction administration processes.
