The government authority in Burleson, Texas is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive roof replacement services for a building with an approximate roof area of 42,000 square feet and a building height of approximately 35 feet with a parapet wall. The existing roof is a 16-year-old TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) single-ply membrane, currently in fair condition, with evidence of hail splatter and cosmetic hail damage on metal components, though no structural or event-related damage to the TPO membrane.
The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and associated incidentals needed to complete the project.
