A county in Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive rodeo production services. The scope of work includes organizing a full-scale rodeo featuring nine events, including Bull Riding, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, and mutton busting. The rodeo must be officially sanctioned, with the producer applying for dual sanctioning by Pro–West within ten days of contract signing.

The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of event management, including livestock handling and proper disposal of deceased livestock. Additional responsibilities include overseeing ticketing and providing crowd control staffing, with related costs covered by the county. The event should last between two and four hours. All sponsorship funds received will remain with the county.

Interested vendors should note that all questions must be submitted by December 26, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 22, 2025.
