(1) Vendor needs to provide rodeo production service. • A full rodeo with events consisting of Bull Riding, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Tie Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, plus the crowd–pleasing mutton busting. Plus, an additional event for a 9–event rodeo • The Rodeo Producer will apply within ten (10) days of signed contract to have the rodeo sanctioned by the agency with a request for it to be dual sanctioned by Pro–West. • Event must be a minimum of two hours, no longer than 4 hours from start to finish. • Rodeo Producer is responsible for the proper disposal of deceased livestock. • Provide ticketing and crowd control staff with any costs incurred paid for by the county. • County will keep all sponsorship funds received. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 26, 2025 (3) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on Dec 22, 2025
