The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ is seeking information from qualified sources for the procurement of Rockwell Studio 5000 Professional Perpetual Software Licenses, Studio 5000 Service Edition Perpetual Software Licenses, and Studio 5000 RSNetworx Perpetual Software Licenses. The scope of this Request for Information also includes support and maintenance for new and existing perpetual licenses as well as hardware product support over a base year and three optional years.

This notice is intended for information gathering and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to contract. Interested parties must be capable of providing software and firmware for mission- and safety-critical devices across all Ford Class Aircraft Carriers. Respondents are encouraged to submit a detailed Capability Package (maximum of three pages) outlining their ability to fulfill at least 50% of the requirements, business classification, company profile, and relevant business information.

The Government seeks to identify potential contractors, particularly those classified as small businesses, capable of meeting these requirements. Submitted capability statements will assist the Government in determining eligibility for future procurements. Participation is voluntary and there will be no reimbursement for costs incurred in response to this request.
