The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to procure Rockwell FFG62 materials to upgrade its current testing environment, specifically to support ECS LPD31 and LPD32 software testing. This effort represents a follow-on procurement and will be executed through a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N6449824G4001 with Rockwell Automation Inc.

The government intends to award the contract to Rockwell Automation as the only responsible source capable of fulfilling these requirements, citing FAR 6.302 for non-competitive sourcing. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability in writing by the stated deadline; all information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement process is warranted.

Best-fit vendors:

• Authorized Rockwell Automation distributor or primary contractor

• Experience supporting US Navy or Department of Defense software and hardware procurements

• Track record with upgrades for mission-critical testing environments

• Familiarity with Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) and federal procurement procedures
