(1) Vendor needs to provide roadway resurfacing and repair services to the government authority located in FL.– Agency is seeking qualified contractors for the Roadway Resurfacing & Repair Contract.– The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the accomplishment of all work as described in the Contract Documents.– Milling and Resurfacing roads throughout the agency using Superpave AsphalticConcrete Structural, Friction courses, and/or Full Depth Reclamation;– Modification of curbs to facilitate construction;– Repair, replace, and/or retrofit curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA) compliance requirements;– Removal and replacement of speed humps;– Removal of turf and grade work when required;– Incidental repair of irrigation sprinkler systems;– Utility coordination incidental to the construction;– Incidental coordination with municipalities in the agency according to current interlocalagreements;– Incidental work and coordination of temporary construction traffic control withinrailroad rights–of–way;– Restoration and clean–up of construction sites;– Incidental street and driveway sweeping;– Remove overgrown grass and debris along edge of pavement and on adjacent shoulder;– Regrading:– Sodding– Earthwork– Pavement Markings– Signage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
