A qualified vendor is sought to provide road right of way alignment strategy services in Alberta, Canada. The appointed contractor will be responsible for reviewing all acquisition agreements, survey sketches, and legal descriptions provided by the County. Their duties include verifying parcel and road boundaries and dimensions by cross-referencing legal survey plans, satellite imagery, and County records, and identifying any discrepancies that may require field confirmation.

The vendor is required to develop a detailed work plan outlining the extents of the survey and the associated deliverables. Collection of necessary field data for the preparation and registration of plans is a key component. Upon completion, vendors must provide digital copies of all registered plans in both AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDF formats. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
