Vendor needs to provide road right of way alignment strategy service. • Review all acquisition agreements, survey sketches, and legal descriptions provided by County. • Verify parcel and road boundaries and dimensions against legal survey plans, satellite imagery, and County Records and identify any discrepancies requiring field confirmation • Prepare a detailed work plan outlining survey extents and deliverables • Collect all necessary field data for plan preparation and registration. • Provide digital copies in AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDFs of all registered plans. All the questions must be submitted no later than Feb 20, 2026.
