(1) Vendor needs to provide road asphalt reconstruction service to the government authority located in Celina, TX. The construction documents for approximately 7,000 linear feet of 2–lane asphalt roadway reconstruction (full–depth). The design of these improvements includes full depth reconstruction of the existing pavement to generally match the existing pavement width. Drainage improvements will be limited to removal and replacement of existing culverts. Design will also include signing, pavement markings, seeding disturbed areas, traffic control narrative, minor adjustments to existing City utilities, and erosion control. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.
