Seeking AI-powered road and asset management software with mobile and web applications for automated condition assessment and damage identification in New Jersey.

Vendor needs to provide road and asset management software.– Provide Artificially Intelligent software solutions capable of performing rapid objective condition assessments on the surface of the pavement– The software must also include fully customizable functionality that will enable the agency to utilize the software for its road and asset management• Functionality– Comprehensive visual documentation and identification of damage to the Agency’s roads– Automated cataloging and identification of damage of Agency assets, including, but not limited to, manholes, street–signs, and catch–basins.– Software recommendations on where road improvements should be prioritized.– Enable the user to manually collect and easily communicate and export data.– Be flexible and interoperable to work with other software currently deployed by the Agency– The software must be available through a combination of native mobile applications as well as a web–based application, accessible from any network connected computer• Mobile Application for Collection of Data– Agency is seeking software that can collect pavement and asset related data using only a mobile device.– The software will be able to analyze the data through use of the mobile phone’s camera, photographing the right–of–way while mounted on the windshield of a municipal vehicle– The mobile application is expected to automatically create photographic record of the right of way, including a record of the following data in each image:– Image identification number– Latitude and longitude– Date and time• Artificial Intelligence– The software is expected to identify and classify all damage with the surface of the road. Using Artificial Intelligence, the software must be capable of utilizing Image Recognition to:– Identify and classify damage within the surface of the roadway.– Identify the classification of damage.– Identify the severity of each damage detected.
