Vendor needs to provide risk management software.– Agency is seeking a software system to assist the department in the administration of insurance, risk mitigation, incident reporting, and claims management tasks.• System Solution Functionality and Features– Track all relevant liability and property claims data, both internally managed and claims through insurance– Track incident reporting details, such as property damage, equipment damage, near miss, injury, etc.– Ability to develop a workflow system for incident reporting notifications using Outlook– Track insurance premium allocations per municipal assets and between various departments– Provide reminder alerts to various users on pre–determined deadlines– Provide the ability to track requests from departments for certificates of insurance and correlate to annual events– Ability to generate various canned reports, and have ability to create custom reports as required for users as needed– Dashboard technology for workflow, tracking and statistics– Mobile application ability to be implemented for users in the field to report incidents, upload corresponding photos, to expedite speedy information of new claims – for use on tablets and/or cell phones
