Vendor needs to provide risk management information system. – Development and maintenance of a comprehensive, computerized risk and claims information network to capture, manage and report on enterprise–wide exposures and risk. – Provide and implement a web–based, cloud–based Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to help ensure accurate and consistent tracking and reporting of claims, incidents, policies, locations, risk assessment tools, and subrogation management. – Configure and deploy a standard incident reporting layout for agency departments to report incidents directly. – Configure and deploy the standard claims administration features of the service. – Configure and deploy policy and program management features of the service to allow for the storing and management of the client’s insurance policy data. – Configure and deploy a hierarchy of agency locations. – Configure and deploy a module for certificates of insurance tracking for third party insureds such as tenants, vendors, contractors, and customers. – Configure and deploy a module for bond management tracking for third party insured. – Configure and deploy Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functionality for mapping specified data from scanned documents to data files. – Configure a robust incident and injury module that provides SMS notification, accident investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), workflow functionality, real time notification and the ability to upload documents and download full reports of all fields. – Configure and deploy an internal link to be placed on the agency’s SharePoint drive &/or single–sign on (SSO) protocol. – Configure and deploy a module to report, track, manage and store documents related to invoices, payments, and deposits.
