A government agency in Georgia is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based Risk Management Information System (RMIS). The selected vendor will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a computerized risk and claims information network designed to capture, manage, and report on enterprise-wide exposures and risk data.
The RMIS must offer web-based access and enable accurate, consistent tracking and reporting of claims, incidents, policies, locations, and risk assessments. Key requirements include the configuration and deployment of modules for standard incident reporting, claims administration, policy and program management, and hierarchical agency location tracking. The system should include features for certificates of insurance tracking for third parties such as tenants, vendors, contractors, and customers, as well as bond management tracking.
Additional functionality should encompass Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract data from scanned documents, a robust incident and injury module with SMS notification, accident investigation, Root Cause Analysis, workflow management, and tools for uploading and downloading reports. The RMIS should allow for integration with the agency’s SharePoint drive and support single-sign-on (SSO) protocols. Furthermore, it must include a module to report, track, and store documents related to invoices, payments, and deposits.
