The state of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Risk Management Information System (RMIS) designed to support claims administration, reporting, and risk analysis for a self-insured and self-administered entity. The system must consolidate claim, financial, policy, and exposure data into a single authoritative source, enabling streamlined management and analysis of risk-related functions.
Key system requirements include the ability to manage pre-loss activities such as the identification and reporting of safety trends, and tracking the effectiveness of safety programs. The RMIS should support electronic input and capture of all incidents and claims, facilitate conversion of incidents to claims when appropriate, and ensure automatic assignment of claims to adjusters based on input values. The system must track adjuster actions, support investigative activities, identify repeat offenders, request police reports automatically, and offer mapping methods for enhanced investigative support.
Additionally, the solution should provide robust, user-friendly customization options to accommodate future needs as identified by users. The contract term for this engagement will be three years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 23, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by December 29, 2025.
