(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management information system.– Claims administration and risk management information system (RMIS) that shall support all claims and risk management functions, to include but not limited to reporting business and risk analysis.– Risk management information system (RMIS) shall consolidate claim, financial, policy, and exposure data into a single authoritative source.– Provide pre–loss activities, the identification and reporting of safety trends and the effectiveness of safety programs.– System that allows the opening of new ways to interpret data such as elevating causes to actionable items.– Maintain the records and track the assessments of the drivers, properties and other safety hazards materials pursuant.– Claims administration and management functions for a self–insured and self–administered entity.– Input and capture electronically all incidents and claims reported from the field, convert incident to claim when appropriate, track occurrences and automatically assign claims to adjusters by system, dependent upon incident and claim input values.– Capture dates of specific adjuster actions and formulate reports.– Support all investigation activities, (e.g. identify repeat offenders, automatically request police reports, mapping methods.– Provide robust and user–friendly options to customize aspects of the system as additional needs are identified by users over time.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 29,2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 23,2025.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
