(1) Vendor needs to provide right-of-way consulting services to the government authority located in California.

• Perform right-of-way consultation services which include but are not limited to real property appraisal, acquisition, including eminent domain and relocation assistance services under the direction of staff.

• Services include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Appraisal Reports.

• Appraisal Reviews.

• Waiver Valuations.

• Acquisition Services.

• Condemnation Services.

• Provide escrow and recording services.

(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.
