Vendor needs to provide rhapsody annual subscription development license. Rhapsody is an enterprise integration engine used as a core component of the health service gateway. Provide Rhapsody annual subscription for four development licenses fifty Communication Points (CP). The system enables the intake, routing, and transformation of clinic and hospital data across multiple health systems. The subscription ensures continuity of operations, supports program requirements for interoperability, and allows the agency to maintain and improve critical health data exchange capabilities without service disruption. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
