Key requirements include a lightweight, user-friendly interface; branding customization such as company logos; and seamless integration with single sign-on and identity management systems. The platform should be capable of handling custom registration forms, including waivers, and support deferred (post-event) payment options. Additionally, it must allow users to easily find relevant workshops and events across the state. The system should aim to streamline staff workflow and enhance the customer experience for community recreation participants.
