A Maryland agency is seeking information from qualified vendors for a web-based electronic drawings management system. This platform will facilitate the storage, sharing, and organization of engineering drawings, as well as the assignment and tracking of space across multiple sites and buildings.

The system must be a multi-user, multi-tasking solution that supports a large organizational structure. Key requirements include graphical tools for engineering drawings management, space assignment capabilities, robust reporting functions, and the ability to generate Capital Asset Inventory reports. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary components, including supervision, coordination, staffing, software, licenses, website access, training, and backup services to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of building records and files.

All data and associated drawings will be securely hosted on a server managed by the selected vendor, with staff access supported through a secure website. The initial contract period is for one year.
