The State of Utah is seeking information from vendors regarding self-service solutions aimed at modernizing and streamlining the existing manual and decentralized vendor setup and management processes.

The proposed vendor self-service (VSS) solutions should include a secure and user-friendly portal for vendor self-registration and ongoing management. In addition, the solution should provide a robust, configurable workflow and approval system to enable effective collaboration between central authorities and individual agencies. Integration with the state's current General Ledger (GL) financial system is required, along with advanced reporting and dashboard capabilities to track and monitor vendor setup activities.

Vendors with relevant expertise in delivering such solutions are encouraged to participate. All questions related to this request must be submitted by December 31, 2025.
