(1) Vendor needs to provide vendor self–service solutions to modernize and streamline the current manual and decentralized vendor setup and management process.– Provide VSS solutions that encompass: - A secure, user–friendly portal for vendor self–registration and management. - A robust, configurable workflow and approval system for central and agency collaboration. - Integration capabilities with the existing General Ledger (GL) financial system. - Advanced reporting and dashboards to monitor vendor setup activities. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 31, 2025.
