The State of Missouri is seeking information from vendors regarding Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The objective is to modernize and consolidate communication systems through a unified cloud platform that addresses both UCaaS and CCaaS needs.
Critical requirements for the proposed solutions include support for desktop, browser, and mobile app softphone interfaces; survivable branch options; extension dialing; and robust nuisance/SPAM call management capabilities. Additional expectations are the provision of an operator or attendant console, E911 location management, and the ability to deliver 911 call notifications to designated internal staff. Integration with Single Wire InformaCast is required, along with the ability to simultaneously ring IP phones, analog phones, and ringers when a phone extension is called.
Vendors are invited to provide comprehensive information on their solutions that meet these specifications, enabling Missouri to advance its communications infrastructure with a unified and modern cloud-based approach.
