This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking providers for maintenance and software services for Surfacide multiple emitter ultraviolet C (UV-C) disinfection systems in Arkansas. The selected vendor will supply a comprehensive service plan designed to maintain and optimize the performance of both the disinfection hardware and associated operating software currently in use at the facility.

The scope of services includes real-time cycle reporting capabilities, with options for custom query and template creation available through a dedicated customer portal. Vendors must also support custom report generation and scheduled email delivery of reports in various formats. In addition, service includes supplying proprietary Surfacide operating software licenses for up to 15 concurrent users per system. The contract period for these services will be one year.
