Vendor needs to provide surfacide maintenance and software service. – Surfacide maintenance and software support service plan for the Surfacide multiple emitter ultraviolet c (UV–C) disinfection systems currently in use at the facility. – The service plans are required to keep the Surfacide disinfection systems and associated software optimally functioning. – Real time cycle reporting with custom query and template creation through customer portal. – Custom report creation and scheduled report delivery via email in multiple formats. – Surfacide Proprietary operating software licenses for up to 15 concurrent users per system. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
