These tools should be designed for elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) students, providing an engaging and user-friendly experience for both students and teachers. Desired features include: online practice aligned to standards or targeted skills, robust dashboards at the teacher, school, and district levels for tracking usage and progress, and functionality for teachers to assign specific standards or skill-based practice to individual students. Solutions should supplement core instruction and address the needs of advanced, on-grade-level, and below-grade-level learners.

A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 17, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by November 19, 2025.
