(1) Vendor needs to provide student success, advising, and constituent relationship management software.– Enrollment Management, Academic Advising & Student Success: Tools for proactive advising, student support, progress tracking, and intervention management.– Constituent Relationship Management: Capabilities for the full student lifecycle including admissions, student life/housing, alumni engagement, university advancement, and donor relationship management.– System Integration: Compatibility with campus systems (e.g., SIS, LMS, financial aid, Zoom videoconferencing and telephone) and support for holistic mobile and web–based user experiences– Custom task assignment and tracking by advisors.– Onboarding support, career planning, and financial planning tools.– Automated holds, alerts, and error notifications for degree planning.– Centralize and enhance student enrollment, advising, and success management processes.– Support seamless engagement and communication with students, staff, and external constituents.– Facilitate a comprehensive view of the student and constituent lifecycle.– Develop a roadmap to consolidate, augment, or replace existing solutions with the goals of maximizing return on investment and creating a more seamless, integrated student experience.– Enable robust in–tool tracking, reporting, and analytics for student progress and advancement activities.– Integrate with the campus data lakehouse (AWS/Snowflake) to enable institutional multi–domain analytics.– STAFF INTERFACE AND CASE MANAGEMENTA. Comprehensive student profiles with academic, co–curricular, alerts, predictive analytics, and milestone tracking.B. Advanced search and direct actions from search results using SIS and LMS data.C. Case management for tracking student interactions, correspondence, and interventions across the student lifecycle. Capacity for creating notes for individual students and appointment summaries with varying levels of access for different staff roles.D. Templates for responding to common inquiries and knowledge management articles for frequently encountered issues– ACADEMIC ADVISING & STUDENT SUCCESS MANAGEMENTA. Automated outreach to student groups based on defined criteria (e.g., event attendance, at–risk status).B. Identification and management of at–risk students with intervention tracking and measurement, leveraging external sources including LMS data.C. Milestone and course completion tracking, including GPA, credits, holds, and success indicators by major.D. Integrated academic planning and class/schedule planners with real–time registration from student plans.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026.
