Vendor needs to provide staff scheduling software access and support service. – The contractor shall provide comprehensive platform software services to ensure continuous and reliable access for users. This includes maintaining 24/7/365 platform availability and offering unlimited technical support during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST), as well as emergency-only support outside of those hours. Support services must include timely responses to user inquiries, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution of technical issues. A ticketing system should be used to track and manage support requests, ensuring transparency and accountability. The contractor shall maintain an Online Help Center that is accessible 24/7. Platform performance, including uptime statistics, support activity, training sessions conducted, and account management updates.
