The state of Maryland is seeking vendors to supply a cloud-based, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant commercial application suite delivered as a service. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a scalable solution that includes 100 App Points for the base installation of MAS, 50 App Points for base usage volume, 48 App Points for a single non-production environment, and 50 App Points for additional users.

Vendors are required to host the software in a secure, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Responsibilities also include providing timely updates and access to new software versions as they become available, ensuring users benefit from the latest features and security improvements. In addition, continuous 24/7 technical support must be delivered to ensure reliable system performance and user assistance.
