(1) Vendor needs to provide software updates and cloud–based storage service– Provide cloud–based Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program compliant commercial Maximo Application Suite as a Service.– Provide software licensing, development, configuration support, updates and cloud–based storage for Maximo Application Suite renewal.– Provide all the latest features and security measures included with the Maximo Maintenance Essential EditionTechnical requirements:– The contractor must perform the following tasks as a part of this engagement:– Provide the following Appoints:– 100 for Base installation of MAS– 50 for base usage volume– 48 for (1) non–production environment– 50 for additional users– Hosting: Contractor must host software in a cloud–based SaaS environment.– Provide updates and access to new software versions as they become available.– Provide 24 X 7 technical support. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
