The selected contractor will supply a commercial, cloud-based Maximo Application Suite as a Service, which must be compliant with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).

The responsibilities include providing software licensing, development, configuration support, system updates, and renewal for the Maximo Application Suite, ensuring that all the latest features and security measures found in the Maximo Maintenance Essential Edition are included. Technical requirements specify provision for appointments such as 100 for base installation, 50 for base usage volume, 48 for a non-production environment, and 50 for additional users. The vendor is responsible for hosting the software in a cloud-based SaaS environment, delivering timely updates and access to new software versions, and offering 24/7 technical support.

The initial contract term is set for one year.
