The State of Kansas is seeking vendors to provide a comprehensive software support subscription service for infusion management systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and related technical infrastructure. The scope of work covers infusion device and server management, reporting capabilities, and full support for both current and future EMR platforms, including VistA and Oracle Health.
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a robust Alaris Support Program, with options to extend services over a multi-year period. Responsibilities will include technical environment implementation, server deployment, and ensuring infusion parameters in the EMR reflect real-time infusion status for enhanced interoperability. Additional requirements include remote technical support during regular business hours, software and hardware updates, vulnerability patching, and comprehensive project management.
Services must also provide access to the BD Knowledge Portal for Infusion Technologies with quarterly reporting, software tools for managing preventative maintenance, and tuition waivers for infusion data workshops. Annual service tokens will be allotted based on the number of infusion units, allowing for service options such as compliance rounds, nurse education, pharmacy consultations, data workshops, biomedical training, or remote server support.
Qualified vendors with experience in healthcare IT systems, smart pump technologies, and technical service management are encouraged to respond.
