(1) Vendor needs to provide social media listening tool system for industry tracking. – The platform needs to offer unrestricted access to both live and historical social media data. – The platform needs to have the capability to seamlessly monitor and aggregate content from multiple social media networks through a single dashboard ensuring a broad–spectrum analysis. – This includes visual representation of trends, counts of mentions, sentiment analysis, identification of trending topics (e.g., using word clouds), most popular hashtags, frequently shared URLs, and leading content creators by metrics such as reach, mentions, and followers. – Employ AI technology to generate concise summaries or in–depth insights based on the aggregated content from social media posts, applicable to both preset and ad hoc searches. – Social media listening reports comprehensive summary reports that include AI–generated insights, volume of mentions for a specific topic identified – Social media listening tool training support virtual presentation on the use of the social media listening and analytics tool, to include accessing the tool, its key features and functions, and ability to achieve the project outcomes for reporting on the data generated. – The social media networks of Redditt and X must be included at a minimum. – The service needs to provide a highly customizable dashboard that showcases detailed data analytics.
