(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary market data real–time access service.– Agency is seeking information from industry regarding a solution that provides comprehensive real time access to nationwide secondary market data, including pawn and secondhand dealer transactions, online marketplace integration with NCIC; ecoATM device intake records, and scrap metal salvage yard reporting.– The required capability must allow authorized users to query firearm identifiers (make, model, serial number) or relevant item information, perform investigative queries to identify recent transactions, link sales to specific merchants or locations, include advanced search capability, and provide historical data access– The requirement includes both ad hoc and bulk querying, with projected usage scaling to accommodate current and future investigative workloads(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2025
