Vendor needs to provide science formative assessment platform. • Regarding online formative assessment platforms designed to support three–dimensional science instruction in grades K–12. • Support phenomena–based learning. • Assessment activities should include a range of modalities such as modeling, explanation, data analysis, investigation, and argumentation to surface student thinking and support instructional decision–making. • The platform must primarily serve as a formative instructional tool, providing educators with timely, actionable insights into students' understanding, misconceptions, and learning progressions. • Reporting and data visualizations should be teacher–friendly and focused on classroom–level use, enabling educators to monitor progress across instructional sequences without positioning the platform as a high–stakes or summative accountability assessment. • Describe platform requirements, LMS integrations, device compatibility, and data privacy protections. • Professional Learning Supports: Describe professional learning or onboarding supports included for educators.
