– Vendor needs to provide recreational boat testing program and database system. – Inspecting boats to ensure compliance with applicable requirements at manufacturer facilities, boat shows, boat dealers and other designated locations.– Unless the contract includes redevelopment or migration of the interface for the database then familiarity with Azure is required.– The database, built on open source and commercially licensed software (i.e., Microsoft structured query language (SQL)), can be transferred, relocated, or downloaded at the discretion without restriction.– Azure Block Storage provides large file attachment storage for the database and web application.– The database is all heavily dependent on deployment to Microsoft cloud services.– The database is based on Microsoft SQL Server.– Use Power BI for interactive data visualization.– API Endpoints for providing data to external websites– Leverage data integrity, indexing, and querying capabilities.– This data will be exportable to GIS mapping. – Gather dealer data from both dealer visits/cases (DL) and also from boats purchased tracker data.– Maintaining an existing database for testing, inspection and reporting data for reports.– Maintaining and improving the recreational boating safety database.– Providing boating safety outreach.
