Integrating seamlessly with CAD and 911 dispatch, state and federal justice systems, and City enterprise tools using well-documented APIs. Solution capture, aggregate, and distinguish between person and incident level details. Solution manage cases from initial incident report creation through prosecutorial review and case outcome documentation. System validate data entries and enable data accuracy. Capturing accurate details of interactions are complex where an officer is associated with multiple incidents and an incident can include multiple people.
