(1) Vendor needs to provide radio system upgrade solutions to the government authority located in MB. Two-way communications for their Maintenance and Security teams both indoor and outdoor at locations where they have assets. The campus is using an analog two-way system. The system shall support an All-Call or Site Wide Call function. The new system will be designed so there is N+1 redundancy. A high-level summary indicating the manufacturer and model of repeaters they would consider as a solution for the campus and tunnels maps. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
