(1) Vendor needs to provide public health inspection software. Interested vendors are requested to provide information about potential software solutions. The current software program, in use since 2015, allows users to enter facility, inspection, and other types of information directly into the software utilizing handheld tablet or laptop computers. Provide a detailed overview of the software application and any other applicable components. The ideal software option is one that is highly configurable by program officials without requiring assistance from the vendor and minimal assistance from IT partners beyond the initial setup and occasional support. The submission should also include images and video demonstrations of the software including administrator and end user interfaces and as well as examples of the various workflows. The software should display data tables that allow grouping, sorting, filtering, and comparison of collected data elements. The solution may support integration to external email software. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
