(1) Vendor needs to provide project management information system.– To understand current market information, range of available systems, technical and integration capabilities, implementation plans and strategies, support models that align with our existing enterprise environment, including Oracle Primavera, FMIS (PeopleSoft), other relevant systems, and best practices related to modern PMIS platforms.– To ensure the continued deployment and support of an optimal commercially available PMIS platform to support its Capital Investment Program, valued at ten billion dollars of taxpayer money, for the years 2026–2030.– Its solution is considered an optimal PM software environment to support a program of this size and scope.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2025.
