Vendor needs to provide professional licensing application and enforcement case management system. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the agency to gather information and/or cost estimates concerning a state professional licensing application that allows for initial issuance/renewal of professional licenses and enforcement components to ensure public safety and welfare. The agency is seeking information from well-qualified companies that can provide system or integrated systems, who can perform development, project management, and ongoing operations and maintenance that meet our functional/non-functional requirements, while undertaking future projects in support of system enhancements as our requirements expand. The solution(s) will support the following high-level goals: Licensing Application (Initial/Renewal), Licensing Enforcement, Licensing Lookup, System Reporting, Payment Gateway Integration, Document Repository, Application Programming Interface, Configuration over Customization.
