High priority designation automatically alerts approvers.– Create different entities and plants per institution for ordering.– Ability to route open orders to folders for review by multiple individuals.– Ability to add email addresses and have system send automatic email updates based on set criteria.– System integration in to exhibiting Commonwealth systems – Teams and Outlook, SAP, Ariba, etc.– Ability to add links to external and internal website and forms.– Add payment information to orders.
