Maryland is seeking a robust privacy information management system to support breach reporting, case management, and operations within an authorized Microsoft Azure Government environment. The desired solution must feature a unified single sign-on web portal for comprehensive data consolidation and reporting, enabling streamlined user access and security.

Key requirements include extensive case management functions such as customizable workflows and sub-flows, import/export tools, role-based access controls, pre-built and ad-hoc reporting, content federation, workflow assignments, automated notifications, and claims service automation. Additionally, the system should offer advanced analytics and dashboards accessible via the secure portal.

The project encompasses information assurance responsibilities, requiring the contractor to deliver risk management framework-aligned reports and services.
