Vendor needs to provide privacy information management system for breach reporting and case management, which operates within authorized Microsoft Azure Government. The solution includes a unified Single Sign–on web portal for consolidation and reporting. The solution provides broad case management capabilities such as workflow/sub–flows, import/export capabilities, role–based functionality, reporting (pre–built and ad–hoc), content federation, work–flow assignments, notifications, authorization controls, claims service automation, analytics and dashboards using a single sign-on portal. Cyber Security (FFP): This task requires the contractor to perform Information Assurance tasks including delivering reports and providing services in line with the risk management framework. Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (FFP): This task calls for the formation, staffing and operation of a Tier II and a Tier III support structure that shall perform high level troubleshooting, fault isolation, and incident mitigation for all parts of the service as well as the engineering support to facilitate incident mitigation.
